Living Room: This room features comfortable furnishings such as a large sectional sofa and a 75” Smart TV. There is a patio door that leads outside to the side patio that offers seating.
Sunroom/Game Room: Additional seating can be found in the sun room that offers sofa seating with accent chairs and a 70” Smart TV. Adjacent to this area is the game room. Enjoy watching some sports on the 70” Smart TV or partake in game of billiards!

Pool is a diving pool with a 9’ deep (north) end and 3’-4’ (south) end
Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $110 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.
