Located in the very heart of Scottsdale, a stay at Soak up the Elements puts you in the center of it all, making it a perfect choice for your next visit to Scottsdale! You’ll be situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in the lovely McCormick Ranch area. You will enjoy the close proximity to the McCormick Railroad Park, golf, and several neighborhood parks. This single-level home offers 2,000 square feet of living space, with four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms to easily accommodate up to 14 guests — perfect for those with larger groups.
After entering through the gated courtyard, you will step through the front door embarking you in the dining room area and into an open floor plan holding the living room and kitchen designed for entertaining.
Living Room: This room offers contemporary furnishings including a queen-size sofa sleeper sectional, accent chairs, and a 65” Smart TV. Step through the sliding glass doors to the expansive backyard ready to entertain everyone.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and expansive quartz countertops to make meal prep easy. A wonderful bar top allows for ample seating- a great place for a snack!
Dining Room: The dining area offers a large family dining style table to seat eight guests. This unique space is accented by a shuffleboard table and a vintage vinyl record player for after-dinner fun!
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1/ Primary Bedroom— King bed, 55” Smart TV, private access to the patio and backyard spaces. The private bathroom has a double sink vanity with a contemporary tiled walk-in shower. This room also offers a spacious walk in closet with safe.
Bedroom 2 – Second King Bed, 55" Smart TV and walk in closet
Bedroom 3 – Two Queen Beds, 55” Smart TV
Bedroom 4/Bunk Room- Queen over Queen Bunk Bed and comfortable desk area for office use.
Bathroom Two- Full shared bathroom offers a large vanity and a tub/shower combo with modern subway tile.
Bathroom Three- Powder bathroom in the main hallway with vanity for guests to use comfortably.
Outdoor spaces:
The backyard space offers a fully covered patio with a comfortable dining table with seating for six and a SmartTV so you can watch TV while outside. Relax in the many available poolside loungers by the sparkling blue diving pool that is heated during the winter months as well as the lovely hot tub. Enjoy a book in the Adirondack seating area! Practice your short game prior to your round of golf on the custom putting green. You’ll also be able to enjoy lots of yard games on the artificial turf areas! Also offered is a propane BBQ grill— perfect for outdoor dining favorites.
There’s also a lovely front courtyard space with an outdoor table.
Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival up to a temperature of 82 degrees for a fee of $95 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1-September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. Depth of pool is 3-9 feet.
Internet Access: High-speed Wi-Fi Internet
Electronics: Smart TVs throughout. Cable offered on living room TV only.
Laundry: Full size, side-by-side washer and dryer in the laundry room adjacent to the kitchen.
Parking: Two car garage, with additional driveway parking for up to two vehicles. Please note that street parking is prohibited.

Pets: Yes, dogs allowed with a $250 non-refundable fee.
Security cameras: Ring doorbell at front door (captures front door only)
