The home boasts a prime location within walking distance to Roadrunner Park, where visitors can enjoy outdoor activities, including lighted tennis and pickleball courts, as well as a lake surrounded by a walking path. Additionally, the property offers convenient proximity to Kierland/Scottsdale Quarter, along with easy access to the 51 Freeway. This makes exploring the fantastic array of activities and attractions in the Scottsdale area, such as golfing, sightseeing, and dining, hassle-free and enjoyable.
This single-level modern home offers a spacious 1,780 square feet with four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms to accommodate up to 8 guests easily and comfortably.
After stepping through the front door, you will find yourself in the open and spacious main living area holding the living room, kitchen, and dining areas- accented with high wood beam ceilings and tons of natural lighting!
Living Room: Enjoy a comfortable oversized sofa, a 85” Smart TV, and a decorative fireplace (non-operational). You’ll have easy access to the backyard as well.
Kitchen: The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, offering everything necessary to prepare delightful meals. A generous kitchen island provides seating for six, making it an ideal spot for gatherings.
Dining Room: Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a wooden table accompanied by six leather chairs.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Suite— King bed, a 65” Smart TV, and private access to the backyard. The ensuite bathroom offers a single sink, and a large walk-in shower that offers dual shower heads and body jets!
Bedroom 2 — King size bed
Bedroom 3 — Queen size bed, 65” Smart TV
Bedroom 4— Two twin size beds
Bathroom 2 - Full shared bathroom offers tub/shower combo.
Half bathroom
Outdoor spaces:
The backyard is a gorgeous area. You’ll enjoy the private pool and built in hot tub. Enjoy the numerous shaded outdoor seating areas, including a dining table with seating 6. There’s a propane BBQ for your grilled favorites. And don’t miss the grass area where you can enjoy outdoor games, including cornhole!
Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $110 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.
Please note, the pool and hot tub can not be heated at the same time. The hot tub is heated from 5pm to 10pm.
