This single level home offers a spacious 2,600 square feet, with five bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate up to 12 guests.
Entering the home through the front door, you’ll step right into the main living area with an open floor plan holding the living room, kitchen and dining area which offers lots of natural lighting.
Living Room: Queen sofa sleeper sectional, lovely accent chairs, 75” Smart TV and a fireplace (non-operational) with access to the patio through large sliding patio doors.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, the kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space for easy meal prep, along with a convenient island offering bench seating. This area is bathed with natural light.
Dining Room: The dining area features seating for eight guests.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom— King size bed, 58” Smart TV, private access to the patio and backyard spaces. The en suite bathroom offers two vanities, soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.

Enjoy the many amenities of this backyard oasis including a private pool and hot tub, with an outdoor shower. There’s a fully covered patio, patio dining table with seating for eight. Also, there’s an area with patio couches, a cozy fire pit and a 58” Smart TV. Enjoy the lovely patio swing on warm days, a putting green and plenty of yard games.
Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $75 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30 due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Laundry: Full size, side-by-side washer and dryer in the laundry room with a utility sink, a second fridge, plus access to the backyard.
Parking: Two car garage, with additional driveway parking for up to four vehicles
