Fountain Hills Four Peaks Oasis is a stunning luxury home that offers everything you want for your perfect getaway. This home is a true “oasis” that is located in Fountain Hills and close enough to plenty of Scottsdale activities and attractions.
The home offers two stories, a spacious 3,770 square feet, with five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.
After stepping through the front door, you’ll find yourself in the open floor plan main living area holding the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: This room offers comfortable seating and a Smart TV, with the entire space accentuated by vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a glass-top stove. There’s also seating for four at the kitchen bar.
Dining Room: The dining area features a table and seating for eight guests.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Suite (upper level) — King-size bed, 43” Smart TV, private balcony, the ensuite bathroom offers two vanities and a spacious shower. (Fireplace is non operational, decorative only)
Junior Master Suite (upper level) — Queen-size bed, futon sleeper, 43” Smart TV and cozy reading nook. The ensuite bathroom offers a shower.
Both of the Master Suites offer their own private staircase keeping them both separate from the remainder of the home
Bedroom three (main level) — King adjustable bed, 43” Smart TV
Bedroom four (main level) — King-size bed, 32” Smart TV
Bedroom five (bonus room) — Queen Murphy bed
Main level shared full bathroom offers double sinks and a tub/shower combo

Outdoor spaces:
Enjoy your Arizona oasis offering an infinity pool (heated for an additional fee) and hot tub. There are numerous seating and outdoor dining areas. And you’ll love the views overlooking the Sonoran Desert and adjoining desert washes. Also, you’ll find a private infrared therapy sauna located in the backyard.
Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival up to a temperature of 82 degrees for a fee of $110 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30 due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
