The Roaring Fork Scottsdale

HomeFavoritesScottsdale ActivitiesDiningThe Roaring Fork Scottsdale

Billed as an “American Western Bistro,” the Roaring Fork restaurant first opened its doors in Scottsdale almost 20 years ago and has added two Austin locations since then. It’s all about the meat here. All Roaring Fork meats are cooked over the wood fire rotisserie, open flame grilling, or wood oven roasted, just like those old cowboys would have cooked.

The western-themed design starts with their brand-like RF logo and works its way through the wood and stone rustic décor, down to the accessories, and you can’t get much more western than rifles on the wall and antler chandeliers.

Dinner

Start your dinner off at Roaring Fork Scottsdale with a Kettle of Green Chili Pork served with hot buttered tortillas or maybe Smoked Chicken Wings. If you love cheese (and who doesn’t?), order the Queso con Puerco, a skillet of bubbly goodness and a customer favorite.

There are salads, but you’ll want to go straight for the wood grilled steaks or one of the Roaring Fork Specialties. Popular choices include the Sugar-Cured Duck Breast, Braised Beef Short Ribs, Rainbow Trout, the Roaring Fork “Big Ass” Burger and the Bacon-Wrapped Filet Mignon. Add Mexican Street Corn or Green Chili Mac-n-Cheese for a side, and don’t forget to ask your server about dessert! A big slice of Pecan Pie a la mode would be the perfect end for a perfect meal.

Happy Hour

Daily Happy Hour at the Roaring Fork restaurant features specials on cocktails, wine and some of their popular dinner items. Order Smoked Chicken Wings, Chicken Tinga Tacos or the Roaring Fork “Big Ass” Burger with one of their popular Huckleberry Frozen Margaritas and you’ll be happy in no time.

Where to Find Roaring Fork

Roaring Fork is located at 4800 N Scottsdale Road, Suite 1700, just outside Old Town Scottsdale. You can dine in their dining room or at the bar, or outside on their covered climate controlled patio. Many days, the patio doors are wide open to embrace our beautiful desert weather. They also offer private dining rooms for those special celebrations.

If you’re not comfortable with dining in, the Roaring Fork Scottsdale offers To-Go and 3rd Party Delivery by Door Dash. Dine-in seating service is limited, so call for reservations (480-947-0795) or make them online. Currently, the Roaring Fork is open for dinner only, with hours of operation from 4 – 9pm, daily.

Give our friendly Scottsdale Rentals staff a call for more western-themed spots or other steakhouse options. We’d love to help make your stay in Scottsdale all it can be!
