Prado Restaurant at Omni Montelucia Resort

HomeScottsdale DiningPrado Restaurant at Omni Montelucia Resort

For fine resort dining, make reservations at the Prado Restaurant at the Omni Montelucia Resort in Scottsdale. This upscale restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and is a popular spot not just for the resort’s guests, but area locals too.

Mediterranean Atmosphere

Blue-tiled fountains in the entry and patio establish the Spanish Mediterranean theme and it continues with the interiors dark wood tones, warm neutral color palette and touches of wrought iron. Graceful arches connect short, thick columns atop short walls that divide the dining area into smaller, more intimate sections.

Enjoy a spectacular view of the Camelback Mountains through the dining room windows while you dine. Or sit out on the patio, surrounded by the mountains as fountains provide a gentle background for your meal.

Mediterranean Menu

Breakfast specialties at The Prado Restaurant include Avocado Toast, Eggs Benedict, and Huevos Rancheros (a staff pick). At lunch, appetizer and salad options include calamari, Spanish Onion Soup, Seafood Paella Arancini, Medjool Dates, hummus, roasted beet salad and a Gazpacho Salad. There are burgers, flatbreads and sandwiches, (including a French dip), and customer favorite entrees include their Seafood Paella and Hand-Rolled Gnocchi.

The dinner menu adds a few more interesting options like Lollipop Lamb Chops and Baked Triple Cream Brie. The listing of paella, pasta, seafood and steaks is nicely varied, with Crispy Skin Ora King Salmon, Seafood Tagliatelle, three types of paella, lamb shanks and filet mignon.

Looking for something light? Head for the Tapas Bar! Chorizo Sausage Pinchos, Langostino Ceviche, and Grilled Octopus with Garbanzos are just a few of the Tapas selections you can enjoy. For more fun, sit at the tapas bar and watch as your delicious tapas are prepared on the wood-fired grille.

Save room for dessert so you can try the Phyllo Wrapped Warm Chocolate Torte or (and?) the Prado Bread Pudding. There’s a separate menu for their cigar selection too. How about an Irish Crème & White Chocolate cigar?
