The Story of Postino

From its beginnings in a vacant 1940s post office in Phoenix, Postino has always committed to its vision of being a space where friends can gather and share delicious bruschetta and wine. The warm, edgy culture brings it all together in a laid back, stylish setting. Now Postino continues its tradition at six unique locations, with two set in Scottsdale.

Bruschetta, Boards, and Paninis

The bruschetta and boards at Postino Scottsdale are the perfect light bites without sacrificing flavor. Begin with the menu of ‘Snacky Things’ to graze on, including crispy cauliflower, tuna tartare, and Mediterranean-inspired skewers. Or choose from a selection of unique charcuterie boards, each highlighting artisan cheeses, meats, and the freshest local produce. Tasty paninis include prosciutto with brie, roast beef, Tuscan tuna, and roasted turkey, with soups and salads also on offer. But the real star of the Postino Wine Cafe menu is the bruschetta, with a selection of 12 delicious spreads. Popular hits include the savory smoked salmon & pesto spread and the prosciutto di parma, fig & mascarpone spread, while the brie, apple & fig spread offers something a little sweeter. Mix and match four bruschettas and enjoy a bottle of wine with Postino’s Bottle & Board Deal, unbeatable for a midday snack.

Wines from Around the World

Nothing pairs better with your bruschetta than a glass of aromatic wine. Postino Wine Cafe curates a selection of fine wines from around the world to pair with any selection from the menu, elevating your dining experience. The wine list includes zesty whites like Sauvignon Blanc, Prosecco, Moscato, and Riesling as well as bold reds like Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Zinfandel. Not in the mood for wine?
