After taking a bite of the enchiladas from Gadzooks Enchiladas and Soup, no other joint will satisfy your cravings. The build-your-own enchiladas and tacos with a unique Arizonan kick are as filling and delicious as you like. Founder Aaron Pool sought to create an exceptional enchilada that stands out from other competitors. The result is big, bold flavors and tasty, pick-your-own fixings that make Gadzooks restaurant a favorite spot for enchiladas near Scottsdale.

Enchiladas and Tacos

Gadzooks specializes in build-your-own enchiladas and tacos as well as Mexican eats with a Southwestern twist. Homemade tortilla soup and the Head Honcho nachos are popular menu items with stuffed poblano peppers and spicy potato corn chowder also on offer. But the star of the menu is the customizable enchiladas and tacos packed with mouthwatering ingredients.

The Gadzooks experience begins with your choice of enchiladas or tacos on corn tortillas or half corn and half flour tortillas. Then, choose from a variety of tasty fillings including roasted tomatillo chicken, green chile pork shoulder, and guajillo braised short ribs. Specialty fillings like Modelo braised bison and spicy potato hash are also available for something a little different. Vegetarian friendly fixings like smashed jack potato, sauteed spinach mushroom and spicy cornbread are also on offer. Cover your pick with tangy red or green chile sauce and add your choice of asadero or chihuahua cheese. Top it all off with extras like guacamole or fried over easy egg.

Treats and Drinks

Want to add even more flavor? You can also add your choice of salsa and toppings like scratch-made crema, cotija cheese, or pickled onion. Combine your enchiladas or tacos with chips and salsa, guacamole, or pumpkin cookies for a tasty snack. The drinks menu at Gadzooks restaurant offers everything from water and soda to cold brew coffee, sangria, beer and margaritas. Nothing pairs better with a good enchilada than a crisp, cold drink.
