If you’re on a health kick, First Watch café offers a fantastic selection of healthy eats to start your day. For something light yet filling, try the thick-cut whole grain toast topped with fresh avocado drizzled in extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. The A.M. Superfoods Bowl is a popular pick made with coconut milk chia seed pudding topped with bananas, strawberries, berries, and house-made granola. For a protein-packed breakfast, try the Power Wrap made with egg whites, turkey, spinach and mushrooms wrapped in a sun-dried tomato tortilla.
