Craft 64 has four owners who pooled their passions for fine wine, craft beer and great food to bring an unforgettable dining experience to their customers. Craft 64 is dedicated to its food craftmanship, with its artisan pizza made from local, organic ingredients and topped with mozzarella that is made fresh from scratch every day.

Chef-Recommended Dishes

Uncertain of what to get? Craft 64 has a list of what are its “Can’t Miss This” hits. Get the classic bruschetta with tomato, garlic, basil, and mozzarella or the mascarpone and fig bruschetta with local mascarpone cheese, fig sauce, and prosciutto. Dine on the charcuterie board with its mix of pepperoni, salami, cheddar, blue cheese, focaccia, mixed nuts, and extra virgin olive oil. And sandwich lovers can try the Italian sandwich with mozzarella, arugula, tomatoes, salami, and pepperoni.

You also can’t go wrong with Craft 64’s takes on classic sausage pizza and pepperoni pizza. Or try its fico pizza with mozzarella, ricotta, Parmigiano-Reggiano, arugula, truffle oil, and fig sauce.

Happy Hour Specials

Craft 64’s Happy Hour is from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Come in and get $1 off all local beers or choose from five wines for $6 (House Sparking Brut, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Blend). And be sure to snack on some $8 small plates, with your choice of garlic cheese bread, farmers market salad, mozzarella caprese salad, a charcuterie plate served with fresh bread, a focaccia caprese sandwich, or an olive bowl.

Location and Business Hours

Craft 64 can be found at 6922 East Main Street in Scottsdale. It is open every day from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., although the kitchen closes at 9 p.m. so be sure to get your food orders in before then!

Reservations

Reservations are not taken for tables between 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Your reservation will be held up to fifteen minutes after your reserved time.
