Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers

HomeScottsdale DiningCold Beers & Cheeseburgers

With locations throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area, Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers provides all the accoutrements of a backyard barbecue. In addition to beers and burgers, the restaurant/pub functions as a sports bar, where guests have wall-to-wall coverage of all their favorite teams from the MLB, NFL, NBA, and NHL as well as various international soccer matches. Additionally, guests will find weekly specials and events like trivia throughout the week. If you happen to be visiting Arizona in the winter, grab a seat on the outdoor patio with a cold beer; if you arrive during the heat of summer, the comfortable setting indoors with a cold beer also serves the same purpose.

Scottsdale Appetizers at Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers

There are eleven different locations around the Phoenix metro area, and in Scottsdale, visitors can find two restaurants, one in North Scottsdale and the other in Old Town. Inside the kitchen, the chefs prepare innovative items using fresh ingredients and every burger is made-to-order. To begin, order the Tot-Chos for the table, and possibly an order of grilled chicken wings with flavors such as citrus teriyaki, golden mustard, classic buffalo and BBQ. The slider selection also features classic cheeseburgers, ones made with buffalo chicken and another option with prime rib served with a side of spicy horseradish and au jus.

Burger Masters

Every half-pound burger is made-to-order and served with chips or you can sub a side that includes tater tots, fries, side salad or onion rings. Of course, the kitchen at Cold Beers and Burgers prepares a signature set of burgers that vary widely, but they all have one thing in common: quality, grass-fed beef. The classic American comes with the standard ingredients while the 1000 Island comes with provolone, pickles and that tangy dressing. The Jucy Lucy presents a cheddar-jack cheese stuffed patty, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles, and the Open Pit offers cheddar, pepper-jack, candied bacon and onion ring topped with BBQ sauce. The CB & CB comes loaded with gruyere cheese, caramelized onions and a garlic aioli dressing, and the Road House uses beef chili, cheddar and onions to create a hearty masterpiece. The list continues on, in addition to having the ability to create your own.

Cold Beers

Since Arizona has so many days of sunshine, a cold beer at any time of the year always goes down nicely. At Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, the list of suds behind the bar is extensive, from local craft brews to standard domestic favorites. Order a cold one and relax at this popular spot in Scottsdale!
