Do you believe that butter makes everything better? If your answer is yes, then Butterfield’s Pancake House & Restaurant agrees with you and would love the chance to serve you up some buttery goodness. Read on for some info about one of the best breakfast restaurants in Scottsdale!

About

Butterfield’s Pancake House is backed by more than 40 years of restaurant knowhow, to provide its customers with a timeless experience. Butterfield’s Pancake House & Restaurant also prides itself on its commitment to being environmentally conscious by using locally produced organic ingredients. And it works to support other local businesses by sourcing its meats and breads from butchers and bakers within the community.

The Pancakes

Be sure to try one of Butterfield’s signature pancakes when you visit. There’s the classic stack of buttermilk pancakes, and gluten-free pancakes for those with dietary restrictions. Sweeten up your pancakes with one of the fruity varieties, such as strawberry chocolate chip, apple cinnamon pecan caramel, banana cream, blueberry Danish, or the berry bliss pancakes stuffed with blueberries, layered with vanilla mascarpone and piled with vanilla cream, fresh wild berries and glaze. Other pancake options include the Oreo cookie s’mores, the cinnamon roll, granola power, and the Swedish pancakes with wild Swedish lingonberry sauce. If you have some time on your hands, then try the house’s oven-baked pancakes, available in Dutch baby and apple. They require 30 minutes to cook, but it is oh so worth it to achieve their maximum fluff and tastiness.

Other Breakfast Food

While pancakes are the house specialty, Butterfield’s does not limit its menu to just pancakes.  You can also have your pick of waffles, crepes, omelets, skillets, benedicts, French toast, scramblers, oatmeal, and specialty items such as avocado toast. Butterfield’s is one of the most well-rounded breakfast restaurants in Scottsdale!

Stop in for Lunch Too!

It’s not just breakfast they do right at Butterfield’s. Come by for lunch and get a burger or a sandwich with French fries or fresh fruit. Or for lighter, greener fare help yourself to a salad, such as the signature salad with bacon, cheddar, cucumber, tomato, carrot shreds, croutons and herb vinaigrette.

Location and Hours

You’ll find Butterfield’s Pancake House & Restaurant at 7388 E. Shea Boulevard in Scottsdale. Hours run from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. every day of the week.
