The burgers at AZ 88 are excellent and are freshly ground and delivered daily by a local butcher for the best quality. For entrees, the burger au poivre is a favorite, crusted with black peppercorns, topped with a minced red onion burgundy sauce, and served with a side of waffle fries.

Gathering at AZ 88 for before or after dinner drinks is also an option, and even this is an art of sorts.
